Pennsylvania Educational Improvement Tax Credit Program

Pennsylvania EITC Program

REDIRECT YOUR PA STATE TAX LIABILITY TO CRITICAL SCHOLARSHIPS AND RECEIVE A 90% TAX CREDIT!

This program enables BUSINESS and INDIVIDUAL taxpayers to redirect their Pennsylvania taxes to scholarships supporting students at non-public schools across the Commonwealth. Contributions can be directed to any of our partner schools, which include Jewish and other faith-based schools, secular private schools, and those that serve children with learning differences and vulnerable populations.

Try our EITC Calculator to learn how much you can contribute to the EITC program at https://form.jotform.com/232204598627057

Participation by Individuals

Individuals with a Pennsylvania tax liability can join a Special Purpose Entity (SPE) at the Pennsylvania Education Partnership LLC. An SPE is the vehicle through which the state enables participation in these tax credit programs. And, you can designate from PEP's participating schools.

Visit our EITC for Individuals page for further information.

Participation by Businesses

A business can join a PEP SPE where the contributions and tax credits are passed through to the individual.

OR

Pennsylvania businesses can apply directly to the Pennsylvania Department of Community and Economic Development (DCED).

For businesses wishing to participate directly with the Commonwealth by applying for their own tax credits, PEP partners with the Foundation for Jewish Day Schools (FJDS).

Visit our EITC for Businesses page for further information.
